Athletika/Vision

We're here to move
the fitness ecosystem
forward — together.

Athletika exists to empower the people who teach the practice and the people who commit to it. To make discovery feel inviting, discipline-crossing feel natural, and progress feel earned. This is what we're building toward — and why we're asking you to help us build it.

02 — The vision

What we're building toward.

Four commitments that shape every decision we make about the platform — from the marketplace to the app to the way we work with coaches.

01

Empower the fitness & disciplines ecosystem

Strength, yoga, combat, dance, endurance, mindfulness — every discipline that takes practice seriously deserves serious infrastructure. We're building one platform that respects them all, equally, without flattening what makes each one its own craft.

02

Enable athletes to discover, try, commit

Most people who train are curious about more than one thing. A runner wants to learn yoga. A boxer wants strength work. A dancer wants mindfulness. Athletika makes discovery natural — discipline-crossing should feel like growth, not infidelity.

03

Honor the people who teach

Coaches aren't product listings. They're practitioners — with craft, opinions, judgment, and years of work behind them. The platform's job is to disappear into the background of their work, not to commodify it. We design for the dignity of the practice.

04

Make progress visible

Real progress is slow and most of it is invisible in the moment. The app, the programs, the way coaches work with their athletes — they all exist to make the work over weeks, months, seasons something you can actually see.

03 — Where we are

Enormous work. Only beginning.

What's built today is the foundation. What we're building next will be shaped by the people who use it.

Two years of design, engineering, and conversations with coaches. A working platform that runs practices end-to-end. A free app athletes actually use. A directory that lists real practitioners across every major discipline. Programs that have shipped, fight camps that have run, classes that have been booked.

We're proud of what's here — and we know how much is left to build. The platform that exists today is a foundation, not a finished product. It works because real coaches and real athletes pushed back on every assumption we made early.

That dialogue is the engine. We don't have all the answers, and we're not pretending we do.

04 — The invitation

Build it with us.

No exclusive program. No selection process. If you teach a practice, train one, or both — we want to hear what you need.

We're open to discussing this with everyone who shows up to do the work — coaches, athletes, studios, federations, content creators, gym owners, physiotherapists, anyone whose work touches the practice. Tell us what's broken in your day-to-day. Tell us what would change everything if it existed. Tell us what we got wrong.

The platform will look more like you in six months than it does today. That's the point.

For athletes

Tell us how you train

What you're trying. What you're searching for. What you can't find.

05 — What we believe

Four principles, written down.

The decisions we keep coming back to. Not a manifesto — a list we use when the work gets ambiguous.

01
"Coaches are practitioners.
We're the infrastructure."

The platform pushes coaches forward, not the brand. Our job is to disappear into the background of the work — and to never make a coach feel like a product listing.

02
"Every discipline deserves
serious tools."

Yoga teachers, strength coaches, and dance instructors all run real practices. The platform respects each of them — and refuses to default to the most popular discipline.

03
"Discovery should feel like
growth."

Trying a new discipline isn't infidelity to the one you already practice. The platform is designed so an athlete can stretch into mindfulness, mobility, or a different sport without leaving their primary work.

04
"Time saved is
time coached."

Every feature is judged against one question — does this give a coach an hour back? If not, it's decoration.

06 — Origin

Where it started.

"Athletika started in Tunis, in a gym, watching a coach end his Sunday by spending four hours moving numbers between three apps."

He'd coached for fifteen years. He could see a movement break down across two reps and adjust the next four weeks of programming on the fly. And every week, the actual work of running his practice — invoices, reminders, weight-tracking spreadsheets, payment chases, posting on Instagram — ate Sunday and most of Monday morning.

That coach's work was extraordinary. The tools he used to deliver it were a mess. We started Athletika to fix that — and grew the vision as more practitioners across more disciplines told us their version of the same story.

Two years later, the platform serves coaches across strength, yoga, combat, dance, endurance, and mindfulness — because the problem isn't fitness. The problem is that craft-based work has been served by software designed for SMBs and side hustles, and it doesn't fit. So we're building something that does, with the people who use it.

07 — The team

Small. On purpose.

A team you can name. We answer our own emails.
